I too emailed and agreed on a price with the seller. Zabby didn’t get me an invoice right away so he contacted Zabby and they finally sent it. A lot of correspondence went between the seller and myself. It sounded legit. I paid for a John Deere tractor to Zabby Motrors I received payment conformation and a Bill of Sale. They even said the tractor should be shipped. But now their Phone says they are closed when they should be opened. Now the website isn’t working.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
While searching for a tractor in Craigslist, I found an ad: ZETOR SUPER 4341 TRACTOR W 102HL LOADER 4X4 price $9,890
Which was a good deal for that year and model (1/2 price).
I replied thru Craigslist and corresponded with the supposed seller who had supposedly consigned the tractor with:
Zabby Motors & Consignment
After doing my due diligence of verifying it was not a scam, I attempted to purchase the tractor via ZabbyMotors & Consignment
Who sent an invoice and wire transfer info. (I preferred to use a credit card, but went along with there required payment method).
I went to my credit union to wire the money, but the staff member discovered the wire address was for an ATM – not a bank. The credit union would not approve the wire transfer. No money was sent.
Upon further investigation the main office of ZabbyMotors & Consignment was bogus.
