Shopping online for a infrared heater and their website popped up in comparison and they were the cheapest, so placed an order. I usually call customer service to confirm business but did not do so this time to my regret and their was no phone number to find after purchase. After trying to contact via email I looked on BBB and saw 4 complaints of not receiving merchandise… also saw a comment that they are trying to appear as if the are the company Zazzle which is a legit company and confuses consumers. when you try to find Zazzell nothing comes up as if they have wiped the internet of information. I also saw that BBB tried to contact them in 2017 and was told by the postal service that there is not address business there. You are also given a website down after order has been placed…
Order was placed 10/07/2018, credit card thru 10/11/2018 $81.90 Heater not received and no way to contact SCAM business
