I hope I am not to late to solve this problem. in the year on 9/23/15, through e bay I sent a ring to the person indicated as the buyer, after I sent the ring (gold-Peruvian 18k) I received an email that the person had used another costumer information.
I complained to several places that I do not recall now, but to this day I have not receive any news.
The name I just sent you here, I do not even know if it is the real one.
I have the receipt with the name of the person who received the package
