Type of a scam Online Purchase

Had tried Many Many Many times to get a hold of company – no one ever answered phone / no one ever came on their Live Chat. Didn’t get results for more than 2 months from e-mails.

This is the email I received from this horrible company. They only sent me $18.99 Trying to get anyone was extremely difficult but – today 8/31/2020 I got to speak to a man by the name of Gabriel- ( you’re going to love this)— He told me I am blacklisted and that no one can do anything to help me I was not allowed to speak to his superiors I was told that because I am blacklisted that there was nothing else to be done except I should just call my credit card company and let them know. Needless to say I was furious and wasn’t very nice on the phone after that. I did state that I would write to any company that sold their product and tell them what type of a terrible company they are to even try to deal with. Because of this, evidently the bank will not get their money back. I don’t even know what else to do or say or who else to go to.
