He sent me all of this^^^ This is my first move im 18, so i thought it was too good to be true. He sent me this and i replied by filling the form out and stuff , when i call him basically all he is asking me is when can i move in and how can i send in the deposit money by tomorrow. That was a little weird so I started researching and I found this web page , same email enclavebrest223 so then I called the realtor of the property and they said it is indeed a scam.

I called and spoke with him and he asked how soon I would move into his house. After speaking with him I contacted Century 21 High Desert Realty and inquired about the house. I was told this is a scam and there are renters living in the house. They have had several calls regarding this property.
