I ordered a Fitring dual grip trainer on May 30 – order #3668. I have never received the product and now when I try to go to the website it says can’t be found. I did get a confirmation email.
On May 13, 2020 I ordered a fit ring. I received a confirmation email. The money was taken from my account, but I never received my order. When I go to the website, it can not be found. What are my options for getting a refund?
