Yesterday I called my local hospital to pay a bill using their automated bill pay system. Somehow I was redirected to somewhere in Asia. They took my financial information and then said as a thank you for using this system I qualified for $500 of free groceries and then was redirected to another person and they wanted me to repeat all my credit card information. This seemed too suspicious so I hung up. I called the hospital and they had no record of me paying my bill. I called my credit card company and they said Financial Coach Net had charged my card $4.95. The credit card company said they would take care of it and monitor my credit card for other charges from them and I will do the same.
