Ordered 2 fingerling monkey for my grandkids for Christmas but never received them. Placed order in Nov.2017 was told would ship in 2 days with no product to this day and we are in the end of Dec. So upset that these websites take your money and nothing is done to stop people like this. Tried many times emailing because there is no phone number to call and have never received any email or anything. Very upset so please do not order from this website. I wish someone would look into this as I have no other means.

We thought this was the original manufacturers website. Between myself and family members, we placed 3 orders totaling close to $150 for Christmas presents which we haven’t received our product. We didn’t receive our product and no response to our email; we have been contacting the company through email (the only way of contact) and no one has responded to our request of a refund.
I realized this was not the manufacturers website. I found the manufactures website WowWee and contacted them, within 10 hours I had a response. They verified that this fingerlingsfingermonkey.com was NOT a legitimate or authorized website to be selling the WowWee product and that IF we received anything it would not be authentic.
DO NOT ORDER FROM fingerlingsfingermonkey.com, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!

I ordered 2 finger monkeys from this website on 11/24/17. websites states will mail in 2 days. as of 12/5/2017 it has not mailed. I emailed company and they said 10 days(which the 10th day was yesterday)I emailed yesterday asking for a phone number to speak with someone and did not get a response. There is no phone number or company address on the website. The phone number that appears for them on my credit card statement (1-800-800-8000) is not theirs. It belongs to Super 8 motel reservations. The website had a buy safe seal. I contacted buy safe and it is a fraudulent seal that they have started an investigation on. I also tried to start a complaint ticket with the wowwee company that makes the finger monkeys. When trying to submit it, it states that this web address is invalid with the company. I have contacted my credit card company to do a chargeback. Hopefully it will be approved.
