I have had a frustrating experience with Goodyday.com and WOULD NOT recommend it. First, the item was not described properly on the website so after waiting 2.5 months to get it, as it apparently was shipped from China, I did not get what I ordered. Customer service number is a repetitive recording instructing you send an email due to representatives being “busy.” Have been emailing a customer service rep over the past 3 weeks who repeatedly asks me to send videos and pictures of the item to prove it’s wrong. Now I am advised there is a 15% restocking fee if I return item due to being “dissatisfied” even though it is their error!

Щrdered a hard to find product I was looking for. Card charged for product, rec’d message was on its way with a tracking#. I keep checking tracking, said product not in system to track. After about 3-wks of same e-mailed product had not been rec’d or was not in system to track. Message back replacement order on its way no charge with tracking#. Then I noticed tracking# was the exact same as old one. Getting the same message of not in system to track. Tried calling recorded message tell you send message to [email protected] phones busy. Sent several emails by way of their customer service message board and replies to their e-mails. I have not received any response of any kind since the bogus message product on its way with same tracking # that says product not in system to track.
