A rep from Hattori Hanzo Shears came to my salon in Wisconsin and offered up a shear sharpening subscription for $10/ month which included 4 sharpenings a year. They did the first sharpening while they were here to sign us up, and have never returned. I continue to get charged each month with no sharpening service. No one will respond to my email or phone calls about resolving this issue.
