They froze my laptop and these crazy noises were coming from it…..a pop up told me …I need to call Microsoft…I called and hung up….they called me back…and said I have been hacked….and this is identity theft….they can fix my computer…….they were the hackers. The tried to take over $400.00 off my credit card….
