Joe Nelson, representing himself as officer from Morgan Cohen & Bach, keep leaving threatening messages on my phone, email regarding a debt from my previous company that I left 4 years back. Not only that I personally don’t owe any debt and to my best of knowledge at my time in the company, there was no debt owed to the client he is representing. It appears like these people make up a false claim and keep calling individuals in the hope that they will get a free pay day. I am sure it is a fraud because the information that they are using is also flawed and they are just trying to come up with something to make it believable.
