Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I ordered a hair curler from this company after I saw an ad on Facebook with a video of s woman using it with the TYME logo on it. They were advertising a big sale for "x" hours on the product! I bought using my credit card thinking it was a good deal! This was on August 8th, product had a bad USPS tracking number and has never arrived!! Contacted company via email numerous times without resolution. Now they claim the product was delivered and to take up my issue with USPS. They have been evadive (Instaglamz) and I’ve demanded my money be credited back to my credit card several times now as I also read that this is a "bait & switch" scam from others who have ordered & received this product that turned out to be a cheaply made knockoff, not what they are advertising! Company is pretty much non responsive to emails and I have contacted my credit card company to open a disputed charge!

I recently ordered a hair styler from this website (Instaglamz) and unfortunately I provided my credit card information. I was supposed to receive the item by Canada Post but it never arrived. I tried contacting Instaglamz but have heard nothing. I tried going on their Facebook page and that is where I noticed someone had posted about this "company"…. she said "do not order from here, it is a scam". I am very angry.

I ordered a curling iron from this company for $50. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing from them despite multiple attempts i finally got an email response back saying the item had been delivered with a tracking number. 2 weeks later i had still not received the item so I checked the tracking number. The response from the USPs was that the tracking number was invalid. Instaglamz will not answer a chat or respond to an email. There seem to be many others having the same problem.
