In the ruby .com and face book page is a scam. Litterally 100’s of people on the fb page complaining and reporting the page as people are waiting for months to get items. They charge your card right away, but you will never get your products. And forget any customer service. Yet it has all the secure markings on the page, including BBB. Norton, truste symbol, and even been google verified.
So if a company can have all the security how can they be such a HUGE scam?….
Because hundreds of people being charged, yet no one is getting products. I am going to file a fraud charge with.my bank too.

I made a purchase on June 2nd on this website and never received the item I sent an email and they responded by saying that due to the pandemic shipping times are taking longer than normal and would need to wait 18-20 days for the item. I waited and emailed back several more times and have not received a response. The money was taken out of my account immediately.
