I saw a listed for a Disney Vacation Club on My Resort Network from a Michael Mailing and another for Stephanie Mailing. I sent an email requesting dates for an upcoming trip. Michael was quick to reply to my request saying he had all the night I requested available. He then wanted my name, address, phone number, and the names of people going on the trip with me. He also stated he took payment by checks only and my total was $1,900.00. When I replied with my personal information I stated I would only use credit card and he wanted to discuss our options via telephone. He then called my phone 5x in a row and then sent me an email asking why I was not answering his call. This was a red flag for me so I googled his phone number and saw someone was recently scammed by the person with the same first name, Michael, also with the SAME phone number. After reading their horror story I knew I needed to report this situation and quickly email Michael back saying I was unable to take the trip any longer. He has never replied or attempted to phone me again.
