These people crashed my laptop by remotely accessing my laptop (with my permission), but they decided to revert my operating system to an earlier version of Windows which ended up crashing my computer so it wouldn’t boot past the login page and then just went to a black page. The technicians were very nice and I’m not sure of their motive as they did not directly try to sell me anything or try to get info from me, but they are responsible for my computer not working any more. I ended up checking with the real Microsoft and they confirmed that this website was not with them in any way and was eventually able to fix my computer with the real Microsoft Technical Support team.
