Received Geico survey and if completed you receive a free gift from Novaderm/Aquaplex skin care. Had to provide credit card info for shipping. Was charged 97.78 for it so called to cancel. It has been 3 months and they have charged my card 3 times. That is almost 300.00. I have called them 4 times only to be on hold for 30 min and given a RMA # to return the product but even when I return the product they still have not reimbursed me. I am also told that they don’t show any record of me calling! Now have had to report fraud on my bank account. Not only a inconvenience but a huge hardship on my family.
