I was having a problem with Quick Books. I Googled "quick books customer support," and this number was listed repeatedly on the page, so I dialed it without realizing it was a scam number. I thought "855" was just another area code like "877." They use a lot of the same processes that Intuit uses, 123rescue.com to view your problem, etc. I didn’t realize until they were pushing me for payment at the end that I must have called a fake number. I reported this to my credit card company, and they have not tried to put a payment through yet, although I will keep checking. They are listed on the "RightSignature" form they sent me (which I did not fill out) as Sarco Global Systems LLC, supposedly an "Authorized Intuit Reseller and ProAdvisor." I realize now that I should have been more careful, but they did a good job of making it look like authorized customer support.
