Consumer reported that she received a phone call from an individual who said his name was Michael Smith and that he was with the federal government. Mr. Smith told the consumer that she was eligible for free money from the government called "greens money" that was set aside for people who have a good financial history. Mr. Smith asked the consumer’s name, age, address, and how long she has lived at that address. He also gave her an ID number. The consumer was asked to call back at 425-207-3050.
