Purchased a baby gate system and instead received a knock off Louis Vuitton clutch 3 months later. Multiple attempts at contact the “company” via email and phone went unanswered. Scam for sure.

I purchased a Professional Aluminum Makeup Chair on March 12th from what I thought was an American company with an address and phone # in NC. When I noticed my PayPal payment went to a Chinese recipient, I tried to cancel my order because the COVID19 problem in China! I thought I would never get my chair. They did not respond to my messages or phone calls and PayPal was even worse! On April 3rd I got a small package from China delivered to my mailbox. It was a pair of cheap plastic Ray Ban sunglasses knock offs. After many attempts at communication and with them and PayPal, I finally got a message from the vendor apologizing for the mix up and they would send my item. They haven’t. I disputed charge with PayPal they ruled in favor of vendor. ? Now I’m disputing with my Credit card company. Again they ruled in favor of vendor because I hadn’t returned the wrong item I received. The cheap sunglasses the vendor NEVER requested back and didn’t give me an address to return the item to. I am disputing with all my documented proof now. Hopefully this will help other people to stay away from this site!

Purchased a bouncer seat for an infant from an online retailer named Vehicltie that I found through an internet search. I purchased via PayPal on 3/18/2020 and tracking information was sent indicating shipment from China on 3/23/2020. The tracking progressed and was updated until 3/27/2020 but there have been no changes or updates since. As of 3/20/2020 I have not received the item or heard from the company. I was also mislead to think that I was purchasing from a seller located in the United States per the addresses listed on the Vehicltie web site but it was shipped from China.
