Ordered a vest on 12/2/19 and as of today 7/13/2020 I still don’t have it . I paid $58.85 for it and sent about 20 E-mails to them and keep getting the same e-mail back, they said I gave them the wrong address and the tracking number is bogus. So I’m so upset, if I had realized I was ordering from China I never would have done it

This website pops up on Facebook, it takes you to the websites where you can order things such as vests, pants, and socks that has warmers that can be plugged to a USB to charge. They even give you a discount to make it seem like you get a better deal. They are cheaper than normal websites such as Amazon so you feel you got a great buy. They say they will email you as soon as it ships but never get an email. They do send you an email where it shows what you purchased along with order number. When you go to website all you can do to contact them is email which is [email protected] but you never get a response. There is no address or phone number. The only way I got an address was through my bank account where it shows the amount charged. Also they have you create an account so you can keep track of shipment but when you go back and try to log in, it will say you have incorrect email or password and can’t log in.
