Type of a scam Tech Support
They freeze your computer and tell you they are with microsoft and that your computer has a virus and they need to install software to fix. Then they watch you for a few months so they can gather information about your banking. Then they call and tell you you are getting a refund, but then they give you too much and need you to send some back to a private individual. Meanwhile they were moving money from one of your accounts to another so they never gave you anything to begin with. Then they continue to call and harass you.
We have had to freeze all of our accounts strip computers and open new accounts. It is awful.
