I made a purchase for two shirt in the web-site. My order was done back on Nov 13, 2017. I then received a message to track my item, when searching the tracking number it did not exist then I contacted DHL and was told the tracking number was created but no item was received. I send multiple e-mails to customer service at Mode. [email protected] and they responded that the items were on their way. It is now Jan 10, 2018 and I have not received a refund nor the merchandise. There is no phone number to contact other then e-mail address.
