I got a call from an Indian guy,said he was from Windows. Told me that my laptop was crashing and bringing up thousands of error on their scans. Like a dummy I went through all kinds of instructions. After I told him I wouldn’t pay the fee he requested, I would contact my own Support people, would! He please release my system. He didn’t do as I requested so I had to pay my support team to remove the malware and release my system.
