I received a phone call from Alex Freeman who said he was from Windows Help Support in San Francisco CA. He called from 855-666-6703. He said there was nothing wrong with my computer, but strongly suggested I purchase his anti virus spyware for a cost of $400. My laptop is 8 yrs old and if something was wrong with it I would go buy a new one for $400.
