A person from Financial Solutions Company called me saying selling my timeshare, they already have the buyer and purchase money has already deposited into an escrow company. If I agree to sell, the escrow company will contact me and send me the agreement.
Then I received email from the escrow company, called "Expert Title Services of Indiana, LLP", with full terms, one of the clauses is "all the taxes, past due balances has to be paid by wire transfer before closing. If it’s a professional real escrow, there will be a final statement, with all the fees listed, but they don’t.
Be careful, when a deal is too good to be true, and don’t sign any legal document.
